Services. Potomac Painting provides Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Repair, Home Remodeling, Drywall Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Potomac Painting (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Potomac Painting may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Potomac Painting's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Potomac Painting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. VA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in VA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
